Cancellations
• Cancellations must be advised of in writing to the conference secretariat by the 6th of September 2008.
• Cancellations received by the 6th of September 2008 will have all fees refunded less a $75.00 administration fee.
• Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after the 6th of September 2008.
